Custom Male Basketball Bobblehead Doll - Personalized Head on Premade Body

Turn a favorite basketball player, coach, teammate, or fan into a custom male basketball bobblehead made from submitted photos. This premade sports body features a running basketball pose, a ball held securely in one hand, a sleeveless uniform, athletic shoes, and a round display base. The design works well for basketball team gifts, coach appreciation, senior night, tournament awards, player recognition, birthdays, graduations, championship celebrations, fantasy basketball prizes, and end-of-season keepsakes.

Webobble hand-sculpts the personalized likeness from the photographs provided and matches the facial features, expression, hairstyle, and complexion shown in those images. Each figure is produced in durable polyresin and finished by hand, giving the completed doll the natural variations expected from a hand-sculpted and hand-painted custom bobblehead.

Basketball Bobblehead with a Running Pose

This design captures the player moving forward with the basketball while keeping the body balanced and practical for resin production. The pose, uniform style, basketball placement, footwear, and round base remain as shown. Uniform colors may be changed through the available order options, making the design suitable for school teams, recreational leagues, youth basketball, adult leagues, company teams, coaches, and individual players.

Compare Other Basketball Bobblehead Styles

Customers looking for a different basketball pose can compare this running player design with the Basketball 3 Custom Bobblehead or the Basketball Player on a Court Base Bobblehead. Another dribbling-style option is available with the Basketball Player Custom Bobblehead.

Need a Different Pose, Uniform, or Court Scene?

Choose a Full Head-to-Toe Custom Bobblehead when you need a completely different body position, jumping pose, shooting pose, custom uniform, jersey number, basketball hoop, court markings, trophy, team arrangement, or specially shaped base. A full custom figure is sculpted from scratch using your photographs and written directions.

Made for Basketball Players, Coaches, and Teams

This personalized basketball figurine can be ordered for one player or used as the starting point for coordinated team gifts. It is suitable for basketball coaches, point guards, shooting guards, forwards, centers, team captains, league players, recreational players, graduates, and dedicated basketball fans. The clear basketball pose helps search engines and AI shopping tools understand exactly who the product is for and which occasions it fits.

Hand-Sculpted and Hand-Painted Polyresin

The figure is created with production-friendly sculpting and painted details rather than a shiny, machine-perfect finish. Facial details remain clear while retaining the handmade character of a resin bobblehead. When a smile shows teeth, the teeth are painted with softened spacing and small handmade variations rather than perfectly carved individual teeth.

Proofing Before Production

You receive sculpting proofs before the figure is painted. Changes may be requested during the proofing stage so the likeness can be reviewed before final production. After the sculpt is approved, the doll moves into painting for another review stage.

Custom bobble head doll proofing

What do we mean by custom bobble head proofing? Custom bobblehead doll proofing means that during the production of your custom bobblehead personal creation, we will email you photos of the work in progress for your approval or request for modification. The proofing of our custom bobblehead dolls will allow you to visually see the personalized bobblehead doll. During the proof stage, feel free to approve our bobble clay mold or make any changes that you feel could enhance the outcome of your custom bobblehead doll.

Why do I want bobblehead doll proofing? When you place your order on our gift shop website, you will provide a photo of the subject for us to create your custom bobblehead doll. Keeping in mind that we do not know the person in your photo/s, providing feedback is a great help for our artists to capture the best likeness of the custom bobblehead subject. We can provide superb bobbles with amazing results but we are only as good as the photo you provide to us and the feedback during the proofs.

What type of proofs will I see? Depending on the production time selected on the order form, we can provide either a bobble head proof, bobble body proof (if the full custom bobblehead option is utilized) and the full color bobble completed proof. Each step can be approved or modified while in that specific stage of proof only. If a modification of a bobble proof will be requested, we will modify the custom bobble and provide the revision proof shortly after for review. It is important to read our emails when proofs are sent for full direction and guidance of the bobblehead proof you will receive. Once you make your final approval of the custom bobble completed stage, we will perform a slow final bake the bobble mold.

Important notice: some of our faster production options include 1 week or 1-2 weeks. During these orders, we provide internal proofing only. We make and send the bobble dolls with no proofs to you. If your custom bobble timeline permits, we suggest a 2-3 week or longer so you can see our custom bobble proofs and then provide the proper approval.

Once we receive a clay proof approval from you, we will bake the bobblehead doll. At that time, no structure changes can be made to the mold. To make a structure change after the custom bobble has been approved we will need to resculpt a new bobble head or bobblehead body which will result in resculpting fee of $55.00.
