When Can I Expect My Custom Bobblehead Doll?
During checkout at Webobble.com, you may select your preferred production timeframe for your custom bobblehead. Every doll is individually hand-sculpted and made-to-order. While we work hard to meet estimated timelines, all delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Production & Proofing Process
Each custom bobblehead goes through multiple stages of hand production and quality review. Depending on the production option selected, proof photos may be provided during the process for approval.
Please understand that delays in customer proof approvals, requested modifications, holiday periods, customs processing, weather conditions, or international shipping congestion may extend estimated timelines.
Production generally begins the next business day after payment and all required photos are received.
Available Shipping & Production Options
- Approx. 4-6 Weeks: Standard production timeline with full proofing process included. Shipping typically via FedEx or UPS.
- Approx. 3-4 Weeks: Faster production with full proofing process included. Signature upon delivery may be required.
- Approx. 2-3 Weeks: Expedited production with accelerated turnaround and full proofing process.
- Approx. 1-2 Weeks: Rush production with internal proofing only due to limited production time. Polymer clay versions are generally unavailable under this option.
- Approx. 1 Week: Fastest production option available. No customer proofs provided. Final quality depends heavily on the clarity and quality of submitted reference photos.
Important Shipping Notes
- All custom bobbleheads are manufactured and shipped from our overseas production facility in China.
- Shipping estimates exclude weekends, holidays, customs inspections, and carrier delays.
- Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery depending on destination and shipping method.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Some orders may ship in multiple pieces to help prevent breakage during transit.
- If assembly is required after delivery, standard household adhesive or craft glue may be used.
Holiday & Factory Closures
Our production facility closes annually during the Chinese New Year holiday period, generally occurring in January or February. This closure may temporarily affect production timelines.
Additional delays may also occur during major international shipping holidays and peak freight seasons, particularly during November and December.

Tracking updates may sometimes take several days to appear depending on customs scans, carrier transfers, and local postal processing. Some international shipments may later transfer to your local postal carrier for final delivery.
Tariffs, Duties, VAT & Customs Fees
Most international shipping arrangements are prepaid in advance and normally should not require additional payment at delivery. However, customs regulations, VAT taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, and import duties vary by country and may change without notice.
Depending on your country’s import regulations, additional charges may still be requested by customs authorities or the shipping carrier before final delivery occurs.

If additional customs charges occur, your carrier or customs office will contact you directly. Failure to pay required customs fees may result in delayed, returned, or abandoned shipments.
Custom-made items are non-refundable if refused due to unpaid customs charges, tariffs, VAT taxes, or brokerage fees. Returned shipments may require additional shipping charges for re-delivery if available.

Custom bobbleheads throughout the industry are commonly manufactured overseas. Regardless of which company is used, international shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, VAT taxes, brokerage fees, or tariff-related adjustments depending on the destination country.
