**Clarifying Additional Charges:**
For example, let's say you order a custom bobblehead doll and include a note requesting that the doll be depicted sitting at a desk with a computer and phone on it. Please note that the custom bobblehead doll price listed does not include the desk, chair, computer, or phone. To create the doll as specified, we would need to apply an additional charge for these additional elements.
**Change Orders Policy:**
Once we have received your order and production has begun, any changes requested that differ from the original order may incur additional charges. This applies to various aspects of the custom design, such as body features, clothing, and colors.
For instance, if you provide us with a photo featuring a person wearing sunglasses, we will create the bobblehead accordingly. If, after receiving the proof, you decide to remove the sunglasses, an additional charge would apply. This principle extends to modifications involving body features, clothing, and color adjustments. Please understand that, as all our work is custom-designed and handcrafted, we cannot simply remove clothing or change a color that has already been baked onto the doll.
