Holiday Rates and Information

We take immense pride in delivering your special holiday gifts in a timely and efficient manner. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we operate under the following guidelines during the holiday season. We strongly recommend placing your orders as early as possible to allow for a smooth and successful process.


Timelines and Proofing Information:


We offer several timelines for you to choose from during the order process. The updated Holiday chart as follows:


**November 25 - December 4**  

- Free Proofs

- Select 2-3 week delivery for delivery before the holiday.

- Subject to prompt approvals of proofs; delays can impact delivery timelines.


**AFTER DECEMBER 10th, MIDNIGHT, NO MORE HOLIDAY ORDERS**


**December 5th - December 8th (11:30 PM EST)**

- **No Proofs**

- Select 1-2 week delivery for delivery before the holiday.

- Subject to prompt approvals of proofs; delays can impact delivery timelines.


**December 10th**

- **NO Proofs**

- Select 1 week delivery (From December 9 - 10) Approximately 1 week delivery, for delivery before the holiday.

- No proofs for these orders.

- Date subject to change based on production capacity.

- Orders will be delivered on or before December 24th in most cases.

- Please see notes below regarding this statement.

- NO REFUNDS APPLY TO THESE AND ALL ORDERS.


**Non-Holiday Orders**

- Orders to be received after the holiday will receive proofs and will be shipped based on the selected timeline.

- Full proofs will be available.

Please be aware that each tier may potentially increase pricing on production and shipping time, so we encourage you to order early.

Placing an order within a specific timeline and not providing photos can result in delays or additional fees. For example, if you place your order on November 29th without providing photos and we receive them on December 2nd, the pricing for the appropriate tier will be adjusted if it was intended for holiday delivery.

While we make every effort to minimize production delays, sometimes unforeseen circumstances can extend your order's processing time. For orders with 1 -2 week or 1 week delivery options, we will do our utmost to ensure pre-holiday delivery; however, if it is not met, we apologize for any inconvenience. Please note that we cannot credit back any production fees for these options. If you do not agree with this policy, we recommend not selecting the 1 -2 week or 1 week delivery option.
