Understanding Duty Fees & Customs Charges
Certain countries impose import duties, taxes, and fees on all items brought into their borders. Since Webobble.com ships worldwide, it is important to understand that these additional costs are determined by each country's customs authority and are beyond our control.
These fees are not included in your order total at checkout and are the responsibility of the receiver. Any duties, taxes, or customs-related fees must be paid directly to your country's customs office before delivery can be completed.
Who Pays Duty Fees?

- Webobble.com does not collect or charge duty fees at checkout.
- If required by customs, the delivery carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL) may notify you about outstanding fees and provide instructions on how to pay.

- Webobble.com cannot issue refunds for shipments refused due to unpaid duties.
- If the package is returned to us and we are charged a return fee, that cost will be deducted from any possible refund.
