Custom Bobblehead Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Every Webobble custom bobblehead is made specifically for the customer using the photographs, instructions and options submitted with the order. Because personalized products cannot normally be restocked or resold, custom orders are final sale once custom work has started.

Custom Bobblehead Orders Are Final Sale

Custom bobbleheads cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded because of a change of mind, subjective dissatisfaction with the likeness, differences in artistic style or normal handmade variations.

Each bobblehead is a hand-created, character-style artistic interpretation. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, customers are purchasing a stylized bobblehead with an oversized head. We work to create a recognizable likeness, but we do not guarantee a photographic, exact or 100% facial match.

AI Images, Product Photos and Sample Designs

Product photos, AI-generated images, digital renderings, graphics, advertisements and sample concepts displayed on our websites or provided by us are visual references only. They may show the general pose, clothing, theme, body style or product concept.

Many website images are digitally created, AI-generated or enhanced for a clean professional presentation. The face shown in a product image may not be an actual sculpted bobblehead. The finished product will be created from the customer’s submitted photographs and will not necessarily look exactly like the sample image, AI image, rendering or website product photo.

Proofs and Customer Approvals

We may provide sculpting, body and paint proofs during production. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing each proof and requesting specific changes before approving that stage.

Approval authorizes us to continue production. Changes requested after approval, baking, molding, painting or completion may be unavailable or may require an additional fee.

Proof photographs may look different from the physical product because of lighting, camera angle, screen settings, image compression, shadows and scale. A proof is not a guarantee of a perfect match to the original photograph.

Normal Handmade Variations

Small differences in facial features, proportions, paint shades, brushwork, texture, hair, clothing, accessories, logo placement and finish are normal characteristics of handmade custom products. These variations are not considered defects.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be emailed immediately to [email protected] . A cancellation is not approved until we confirm it in writing.

Orders cannot be canceled after custom design, sculpting, material preparation, molding, painting or other production work has started. If cancellation is approved before production begins, any refund may be reduced by payment-processing fees, design expenses or other costs already incurred, where permitted by law.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Contact us within three calendar days of confirmed delivery if the product arrives damaged, contains a significant manufacturing defect, is materially different from the accepted written order specifications or is missing a paid component.

Your claim must include:

• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photos of the complete product
• Close-up photos of the damage or error
• Photos of the shipping carton, packaging and shipping label

Keep the product and all packaging until the claim is resolved. After reviewing the claim, we may provide a repair, correction, replacement part, partial remake, complete remake, store credit or refund when appropriate or legally required.

Shipping Delays and Lost Packages

Production and delivery dates are estimates unless a specific date is guaranteed in writing. When applicable law gives the customer cancellation or refund rights because an order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe, those rights will be honored.

Refusing delivery or failing to claim a package does not automatically cancel a custom order. Customers may be responsible for return shipping, storage, customs, duties and reshipment costs.

Return Authorization Is Required

Do not return a custom product without written authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender. Approved returns must follow the packaging, shipping and deadline instructions provided by us.

Acceptance of This Policy

By completing checkout, submitting photographs or approving a proof, the customer confirms that they understand and accept the following:

• The product is handmade and custom-made.
• Exact likeness is not guaranteed.
• AI images, website photos, samples and renderings are visual references only.
• Proof approval authorizes production to continue.
• Normal handmade variations are not defects.
• Custom work is final sale once production begins, subject to applicable law.
