Webobble Bobblehead Proofing Policy
Understanding the Proofing Process
Proofing allows you to be involved in the sculpting and painting of your custom bobblehead. Throughout the process, you will receive updates via email, including:
- Clay Head Proof
- Custom Body Proof (if applicable)
- Painting Proof
Proofing & Revisions
- We allow up to two revisions for molding and one revision for painting at no additional cost. - Additional revisions beyond this limit incur a $10.00 fee per revision. - Once you approve the molded head/body, no further changes can be made as the doll is baked. - Once painting is approved, the order proceeds to final shipment.
Impact on Delivery Times
Revisions may delay your order, as we require email approval before moving forward to the next stage.
Important Considerations
- Bobbleheads are artistic caricatures, not exact replicas. - Our experienced artisans create the best possible likeness but cannot guarantee a perfect match. - If you require a museum-quality sculpture, we recommend reconsidering your purchase.
Final Proof vs. Completed Product
Once a head proof is approved and baked, no changes can be made. The final product may appear slightly different due to:
- Lighting differences between proof photos and final images
- Color variations when adding resin
- Camera angles used in final proofing
Options if You Are Unsatisfied
- Recolor the Head: A color modification may help achieve the desired look.
- Resculpt the Head: A complete head resculpt is available for a $55.00 fee.
- Complete the Order: If no further changes are requested, we will proceed with shipment.
Order Completion & Shipping
If no additional changes are approved, the order is finalized. Clients may refuse delivery, in which case we will hold the order for 30 days. A reshipping fee applies if the client wishes to have the item resent.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds or returns are accepted. If you have concerns about quality, please contact us before placing your order.

- Selected shipping timelines are met in most cases, but proofing delays may extend the timeline. - Email approvals are required, and failure to approve in time may result in delays. - No guarantees are made regarding exact delivery dates.
