Freight costs - at time of received invoice we will try for Ocean freight but need 30 days prior for shipment to be completed. Approvals must be done timely. If the window is closed, we will need to use Air shipment to meet the time line at the actual invoice. Client is aware of the time line and understands the need for Air Shipment may be utilized at the cost avg from 6.00-9.00 per piece.

Proofing will be provided within 4 days, fast approval is needed always to keep production moving to meet your time line.
We require 30-35 days production once color proof is approved.
Changes can be made to ensure satisfaction throughout process moving forward - never backward. Once a proof is approved, we bake that portion and move into the next phase. Until completed proof is approved, we then manufacturer the remainder pieces for shipment.
